Beaver Dam is a western Kentucky city situated in Ohio County. As of 2010, Beaver Dam has a population of approximately 3,515 people. The city was incorporated in 1873. It is named after the Beaver Dam Baptist Church which was established 65 years before Beaver Dam was formed.
